Ultimately it all comes down to lifestyle choices. If you want to protect yourself against the dangers of cell phones and wi-fi it is necessary to disassociate yourself from the insane culture of continuous contact-ability, of connectivity to the Internet and everyone else, to social media, etc, etc.
Continuous use of wireless devices panders to so many kinds of human psychological dysfunction. Our culture of connectedness is a wide catch-all dragnet that almost everyone can be caught by. You have to keep your thinking cap on and remain determined to live a more conscious life. The evolutionary advantage will very be with those who choose to think.
This is your number one strategy. Reduce your exposure. It all starts with deciding what is important, health on one hand, or the convenience of wireless devices on the other? When you have rationally arrived at the conclusion that health and fertility are more important, then plan all your lifestyle choices around this decision, consistently.
- Don’t use EMF emitting devices, or use them much less.
- Get rid of the microwave.
- Don’t use Bluetooth headsets.
- Reduce phone use – text more, keep it in airplane mode.
- Don’t use your phone or Bluetooth devices in the car – it’s a Faraday cage
- Don’t keep a smartphone in your pocket or bra without it being in Airplane mode! (reduced bone mass found in association with phone pocket storage)
- Move out of (or do not frequent) danger areas. Live in a rural area.
- Choose a school (if you can) without a resident mobile mast or classroom wi-fi.
- Avoid coffee shops and hangouts with wi-fi.
- Remove your SMART meter from the home if you have one fitted.
- Work from home and avoid commuting in EMF dense trains to EMF dense city spaces.
- Remove wi-fi from your home and install Ethernet cables.
- Do not use a DECT (cordless) phone.
- For ‘baby monitors’ get a wired option.
- Make sure games consoles are switched off wi-fi or unplugged when not in use
- Ensure any new white goods that you buy are not SMART.
- In fact, don’t buy anything with the Prefix SMART – it means wireless, which means EMF.
- New TV’s are often wi-fi by default – BEWARE!
- Ensure your computer wi-fi is switched off (some desktops default to wi-fi)
Remediation devices can be useful but beware of items claiming to remediate by harmonising or using crystals or some other such cryptic and potentially unscientific gismos. Here are a few that we would suggest you consider. But only in the context of doing all your homework and knowing what kind of EMF you are mitigating against. We thoroughly recommend getting yourself equipped with EMF detection meters if you are serious about protecting yourself and your family.
- Faraday bags to keep your phone in
- Faraday sleeping nets over the bed – they must be earthed.
- Consider wearing EMF resistant clothing.
- Faraday cage sleeping bags.
- Earthing cables for computers via the USB port. This is an easy way to eliminate the electric field from your laptop or desktop.
- Make sure your home or workplace is properly earthed.
- Shield wiring and electrical cables in metal conduit.
- You can consider shielding your bedroom with earthed aluminium foil or chicken wire as long as it is earthed.
- Turn off the electric supply to your bedroom at night. And don’t sleep next to a phone that is not in airplane mode!
- Turn off your wi-fi at night as a bare minimum. Better still go wired.
- Supplement with Magnesium in order to mitigate against VGCC overactivity.
- Practice the “Nitric Oxide Dump” exercise regularly to release cellular NO.
- Decide how important health and wellbeing are to you. How much do you value your health and well being?
- Then weigh up your percieved benefits of convenient wireless technology against your own rating of how important ‘health and longevity’ are to you.
- Then act in full consciousness with integrity according to your knowledge and your chosen values.
- Proactively manage your lifestyle deliberately – don’t drift along with the herd. Trust your own mind, having made it trust-worthy by wanting to know and thinking things through.
- Choose where to live accordingly.
- Choose where to work accordingly.
- Consider homeschooling if your children are subject to wi-fi in school and cell phone tower near the playground (as with most schools in the UK).
- Use computers for emailing and keep the mobile phone for when you really need to use it.
- Watch videos on your BIG SCREEN not on your tiny mobile screen.
- Distance yourself from the insane culture of permanent connection, of always needing to be on the end of a phone, or checking your messages, or looking on Facebook.
- Don’t go to places where EMF pollution is intense, such as crowded city places, Internet cafes or coffee shops.
- Be a real radical and politely request guests in your home or office to put their phones into Airplane mode.
- Campaign for wi-fi free zones and wi-fi free schools
- Most of all commit to being informed and to spreading the word by talking about this issue.
